Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione
I laureati in Infermieristica possiedono le conoscenze dei fondamenti delle discipline di base, delle discipline cliniche medico-chirurgiche, delle discipline della prevenzione e del management sanitario e delle discipline umanistiche.
Inoltre, possiedono le conoscenze generali della disciplina infermieristica in riferimento a metodologia scientifica, ricerca, clinica, modelli teorici, deontologia, management e responsabilità professionale.
Inoltre, saranno messi in condizione di agire in condizioni di emergenza, attesa la peculiarità delle aree nelle quali si troveranno non di rado a fornire la propria opera, caratterizzate da numerose emergenze, anche belliche, con scarsa densità di personale sanitario.
L’acquisizione delle conoscenze avviene mediante lezioni frontali, seminari, approfondimenti, lavoro di gruppo, laboratori, tirocini clinici, attività di tutorato e studio individuale.
La valutazione in itinere e certificativa dei risultati dell’apprendimento avviene attraverso prove scritte, orali, pratiche e valutazione periodica del percorso di tirocinio.Capacità di applicare conoscenza e comprensione
I laureati in Infermieristica sono in grado di: effettuare l’accertamento infermieristico e individuare i relativi bisogni di assistenza; erogare assistenza infermieristica generale, preventiva, curativa, palliativa, riabilitativa e per la promozione della salute; instaurare e promuovere la relazione d’aiuto; attuare gli interventi di natura tecnica ed educativa; garantire la corretta applicazione delle prescrizioni diagnostico-terapeutiche; applicare i contenuti della ricerca alla pratica clinica infermieristica; avvalersi con appropriatezza del personale di supporto; agire in modo integrato con le altre professioni sanitario-sociali; contribuire alla formazione del personale infermieristico e di supporto; partecipare a progetti di ricerca; promuovere i principi deontologici della professione.
La capacità di comprendere e applicare le conoscenze acquisite viene raggiunta con l’attività di tirocinio, integrata dalle varie forme di attività tutoriale e di laboratorio.Autonomia di giudizio

Il laureato in infermieristica è in grado di:
- utilizzare i canali verbali e non verbali della comunicazione nell’assistenza infermieristica
- lavorare in gruppo e promuovere tale modalità operativa
- utilizzare in forma scritta e orale la lingua inglese per l’assistenza, lo studio e la ricerca
- utilizzare il linguaggio tecnico-scientifico nell’uso della documentazione infermieristica e nella produzione scientifica
Le abilità comunicative vengono sviluppate durante il tirocinio clinico, gli appositi laboratori, gli incontri di tutorato, i lavori di gruppo, le verifiche di profitto, la lettura e lo studio di articoli scientifici, l’elaborazione della tesi di laurea.
E’ inoltre importante l’esperienza di tirocinio all’estero per il miglioramento delle competenze linguistiche la cui verifica di apprendimento avviene con modalità e-learning

Il laureato in infermieristica è in grado di:
- identificare i propri bisogni formativi e le modalità per soddisfarli
- selezionare i contenuti congruenti al proprio bisogno formativo
- mantenere aggiornate le proprie competenze
- partecipare alla vita delle associazioni professionali al fine di diffondere e sviluppare la cultura professionale infermieristica
- interpretare correttamente la legislazione concernente l’esercizio della professione infermieristica nel rispetto delle norme deontologiche e nel quadro normativo generale
La capacità di apprendimento si sviluppa nell’intero percorso di studi nell’ambito delle diverse attività proposte: lezioni, seminari, laboratori, tutorato, tirocinio, confronto con docenti e professionisti, studio individuale, elaborazione della tesi finale.
Requisiti di ammissione
Possono essere ammessi al Corso di laurea i candidati che siano in possesso di diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o di altro titolo di studio conseguito all’estero riconosciuto idoneo dalla normativa vigente.
La prova di ammissione è predisposta annualmente dall’Ateneo secondo le modalità e la tempistica indicate dagli organi competenti nel rispetto delle normative vigenti.
E' altresì richiesto il possesso o l'acquisizione di un'adeguata preparazione iniziale.
I regolamenti didattici dei corsi di laurea definiscono le conoscenze richieste per l’accesso e ne determinano le modalità di verifica.
Se dalla verifica non risulta il possesso di un livello sufficiente di preparazione, possono essere indicati specifici obblighi formativi aggiuntivi da soddisfare nel primo anno di corso attraverso l’istituzione di attività formative integrative.
Le attività formative propedeutiche ed integrative possono essere svolte anche in collaborazione con istituti di istruzione secondaria o con altri enti pubblici o privati, sulla base di apposite convenzioni.
Prova finale
L'Esame finale del Corso di Laurea ha valore di Esame di Stato abilitante all'esercizio della professione infermieristica e si compone di:
a.
Una prova pratica nel corso della quale lo studente deve dimostrare di aver acquisito le conoscenze e abilità teorico-pratiche e tecnico-operative proprie dello specifico profilo professionale;
b.
Redazione di un elaborato di una tesi e sua dissertazione.
Si svolge nei periodi e nei modi prescritti da apposito decreto del Ministero della Università e della Ricerca Scientifica e Tecnologica di concerto con il Ministero della Salute.
A determinare il voto di laurea, espresso in centodecimi, contribuiscono i seguenti parametri:
a) la media dei voti conseguiti negli esami curriculari espressa in centodecimi,
b) i punti attribuiti dalla Commissione dell'esame finale in sede di discussione (massimo 5 punti),
c) il punteggio conseguito nella prova pratica (massimo 6 punti).
La lode può essere attribuita per parere unanime della Commissione ai Candidati che conseguono il punteggio finale di 110/110.
I docenti relatori di tesi sono professori di prima o seconda fascia o ricercatori o professori a contratto.
Le attività formative per la preparazione della prova finale si svolgeranno nelle strutture indicate in merito alle attività professionalizzanti.Orientamento in ingresso
L'Admission Office si occupa di organizzare attività dedicate a studenti italiani e stranieri delle scuole superiori, con lo scopo di far conoscere l'offerta didattica e il modello formativo dell'università.
Le attività di orientamento coinvolgono docenti del Corso di Laurea, professionisti, personale di staff dedicato e studenti del Corso di Laurea.
Ad inizio anno accademico l'ufficio di competenza, in accordo con l'ufficio Comunicazione e Marketing, provvede a pianificare le date degli eventi di orientamento per tutto l'anno accademico.
Nel corso dell'anno accademico 2018/2019 è stato organizzato un Open Day, con l'obiettivo di far conoscere i contenuti didattici del Corso di Laurea attraverso la testimonianza diretta di docenti e studenti.Il Corso di Studio in breve
È istituito presso l'Università degli Studi di Roma Saint Camillus International University of Health Sciences Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia, il Corso di Laurea Triennale in Infermieristica (abilitante alla professione sanitaria di Infermiere), classe L/SNT1.
Il Corso è erogato in modalità convenzionale.
Ha durata normale di 3 anni e si conclude con un esame finale con valore abilitante ed il rilascio del titolo di "Laurea in Infermieristica".
Il Regolamento didattico del CdS disciplina, l'articolazione dei contenuti, le modalità organizzative e di funzionamento del Corso di Laurea in Infermieristica, classe L/SNT1, istituito a partire dall'anno accademico 2018- 2019 ai sensi del D.M.
22 ottobre 2004, n.
270.
Il Corso di Laurea ha l'obiettivo di fornire le conoscenze e le competenze necessarie all'esercizio della professione infermieristica così come disciplinato e regolamentato dal D.M.
del Ministero della Sanità 14 settembre 1994, n.
739 e successive modificazioni ed integrazioni e dal Codice Deontologico del 2019 della Federazione Nazionale Ordine Professioni Infermieristiche (FNOPI).
La frequenza al corso è obbligatoria per tutte le attività sia teoriche che di tirocinio.
I docenti del Corso sono approvati previa verifica del possesso dei requisiti previsti per ogni singolo docente e la pertinenza del suo curriculum formativo professionale con la disciplina di insegnamento e di norma sono dipendenti dalla struttura sede della formazione.
Gli esami di Corso Integrato possono essere sostenuti solo se si ottiene una presenza del 75% delle ore previste.
Si è ammessi alla prova di abilitazione solo se si è raggiunta una presenza di 4600 ore nelle attività teorico pratiche.
L'attività formativa corrisponde al conseguimento di 60 crediti formativi universitari (CFU) per anno per un totale di 180 CFU.
Il corrispettivo di 1 CFU è pari a 30 ore.
Il laureato è responsabile dell'assistenza generale infermieristica preventiva, curativa, palliativa e riabilitativa, di natura tecnica, relazionale ed educativa.
Il curriculum del Corso di Laurea prevede attività formative finalizzate all'acquisizione di conoscenze e competenze specifiche, riferite alle funzioni previste dal profilo professionale dell'infermiere.
Il raggiungimento delle competenze professionali si attua attraverso una formazione teorica e pratica (tirocinio e laboratorio) che includa l'acquisizione di competenze comportamentali e che venga conseguita nel contesto lavorativo specifico, così da garantire, al termine del percorso formativo, la piena padronanza di tutte le necessarie competenze e la loro immediata spendibilità nell'ambiente di lavoro.
I laureati in Infermieristica possono trovare occupazione in strutture sanitarie, pubbliche o private, nel territorio e nell'assistenza domiciliare, in regime di dipendenza o libero-professionale.
Il laureato potrà accedere a percorsi di formazione avanzata.
Lo studente espliciterà le proprie scelte al momento della presentazione,
tramite il sistema informativo di ateneo, del piano di completamento o del piano di studio individuale,
secondo quanto stabilito dal regolamento didattico del corso di studio.

Aim of the teaching is: to describe the macroscopic organization of the human body using the appropriate terminology. Describe the main cavities of the body, describe the individual organs of the various apparatuses and systems from the macroscopic, microscopic and topographic point of view; to provide students with knowledge on the functions of the various organs and systems of the human body and the mechanisms underlying these functions. The course also aims to provide knowledge on the functional integration of the various systems and on their regulation in physiological conditions also for the purpose of maintaining homeostasis. The course aims to provide student with the skills necessary for the full understanding of the most important tissues of the human organism. The student should acquire correct terminology and develop those skills of interpretation and application that, the graduate in nursing, will then have to use in the planning and management of work activities.

Aim of the course of Demo Ethno Antropological Disciplines within the integrated course of Human Sciences and Health Promotion is to provide students with knowledge on the theoretical bases of the Demo-ethno-anthropological disciplines and the understanding of importance of these disciplines in the context of clinical practice. Aim of the Teaching is: • to provide the students with in-depth knowledge of main surgical diseases and the related physiopathology. At the end of the course the student will be able to recognize surgical diseases and understand the principle that guide the treatment. All the aspects of transplant surgical patients will be covered as well. He/she will be competent in managing surgical patients (including transplant ones) in the pre- and post-operative period. • provide students with knowledge on develop expertise and good knowledge in the field of gastroenterology nursing. In particular, she/he will develop advanced skills for nursing intervention in various gastroenterology conditions. • provide students with knowledge on the predisposing conditions and the clinical characteristics of the various neoplastic diseases in order to define a diagnostic procedure. The knowledge of prognostic and predictive factors linked to the characteristics related to the neoplasm and to the patient, will help to understand the strategy for the management of different tumors, taking into account the therapeutic options available in the various phases of the disease and their side effects in a risk/benefit assessment perspective in order to achieve useful skills for collaboration with other health figures in multidisciplinary professional teams. • provide students with knowledge of main infectious diseases with specific regard to the basic principles of epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and therapy, as well as primary and secondary prevention tools. • provide students with knowledge on physiopathological and diagnostic bases of pathologies of greater interest and internal frequency are essential goals. In this context the teaching of nursing practice and of the best and optimal approach to the patient with multi-factoriality of risk and multi-pathologies will be decisive. • main concepts of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the male urinary and genital apparatus • devices of common use in urological patients and describe the assistance given to the person carrying urostomies, urinary derivations, catheters and urological drainages. • diagnostic reasoning and care planning, referring to scientific evidence, in relation to nursing assistance in the pre-intra-post-operative phases of the main urological interventions

(objectives)
Aim of the Teaching is: • to provide students with knowledge on the principles of physiology about pregnancy, delivery and the post-natal phase, and so will be able to ensure the proper nursing care required for women, babies and families. • to identify signs and symptoms of main pathologies affecting pregnancy, including spontaneous miscarriage, alterations of the delivery phase and to enlarge care to a woman admitted in obstetrics and gynecology ward. • to provide students with knowledge on preventive and diagnostic aspect related to health and illness during the neonatal age, childhood and adolescence. Identify the conditions that require a nurse intervention, students must be able to identify. • to provide students with knowledge on basic notions of obstetrics and obstetric pathology (basic notions of assistance to spontaneous delivery) and basic notions of benign and malignant pathology in gynecology, with particular attention to useful surgical instrumentation for the most common procedures in gynecology and obstetrics. • Identify physical, psychological and social needs and diagnose women’s need for help, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge to meet them with scientific and technical expertise. • Identify the needs of obstetric-gynaecological assistance that require preventive and curative skills, in specific areas of gynaecology and ultraspecialist obstetrics such as infertility also immunological, metabolic diseases and autoimmune diseases. • Evaluate clinical manifestations related to immediate, intermediate and late physiological and pathological pregnancy in hospitalisation. Carry out assistance planned according to the adoption of guidelines verified and verifiable on the basis of scientific evidence (ebm/ebc) • Demonstrate professional and decision-making skills in designing and implementing health and sex education interventions for women, couples and communities. • Demonstrate the ability to design, implement and evaluate staff training measures and to contribute directly to training and updating on their own professional profile • to provide students with knowledge on nursing assistance to the newborn and educational/relational skills to the family. These objectives will be achieved through lectures and interactive teaching activities, designed to facilitate learning and improve the ability to address and solve the main questions of Pediatric Nursing.

(objectives)
Aim of the Teaching is to: • Define Mental Health by contextualizing it in the national and European scenario. • Describe the historical evolution of theoretical models, laws and the organization of psychiatric care • Learn the basics of relational dynamics in nursing care, related to the mentally ill and their living environment, to plan and be responsible for nursing care. • Describe the tools necessary for informed management of the communicative-relational aspects in the relationship with the patient, with the family and with the healing team. • Describe the historical evolution of theoretical models, laws and the organisation of psychiatric care • Recognize drug therapies - drugs and their expected and unwanted effects • Describe the most current theoretical guidelines in psychiatry and clinical psychology (neurobiological, psychodynamic, social, etc.) and the interpretive models of psychic suffering • Recognize psychic suffering in disease histories • Identify the main defence mechanisms • Identify care strategies and management methodologies (assessment tools, no restraint approaches, etc.) can be adopted to cope with the person's mental suffering (aggression, resistance to therapeutic treatments, etc.) • Describe the main psychopathological frameworks, including problems of pathological addiction and the most frequently used drugs (indications, side effects, toxicity) • Identify the clinical aspects that affect the phases of the patient's care diagnostic pathway (PDTA) (reception, care, treatment/planning, discharge/follow-up) • Outline the legislative, ethical and ethical aspects and health policy guidelines on mental health • Recognize the need to activate and involve the patient's socio-affective network in the care project also through therapeutic and rehabilitative education programs • provide the fundamentals of psychopathology and the history of psychiatry and a basic knowledge of pathophysiology, the clinic, the nosographic classification and the treatment of the main psychiatric disorders. Graduates will be able to settle within health facilities and psychological, medical and psychiatric services, third sector private agencies and public bodies, in the role of psychologist. Local authorities of Italy and many other Countries are carrying out initiatives which accentuate the importance of health promotion by favoring integrated interventions and demonstrate how the training of clinical psychologist is a recognized requirement in the current cultural, scientific, social and institutional context.

Aim of the Teaching is to: • provide knowledge of the principles of advanced nursing care for the early recognition, management, monitoring and re-evaluation of the person in a vitally critical condition with reference to the main medical-surgical emergencies and clinical problems in conditions of high complexity of care. • Provide knowledge of pharmacological concepts including an overview of the history of drugs along with current issues. The topics discussed will include: pharmacotherapeutics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, along with drugs contraindications and precautions. Major emphasis will be placed on the drugs used in the nursing field, as well as the nurse’s role in pharmacological research. • provide students with knowledge on the approach to acute patients in the emergency setting, from clinical presentation, diagnostic work-up and therapeutic options. • Provide knowledge on: general and peripheral anesthesia in surgical specialties, monitoring in Intensive Care Unit, organ failure, physiopathology and treatment, mechanical ventilation, extracorporeal removal techniques, the patient in shock, stupor and coma. • provide students with knowledge of surgical diseases.
