The course, with an extremely practical and applicative approach, aims to provide an overview of the main body composition analysis techniques. Knowing the body composition, knowing how to discriminate between the different masses and tissues which, all together, contribute to determining the overall weight of the individual, is a fundamental step for writing an effective and healthy diet The aim of the course is to provide the student with all those skills, both theoretical and practical, which represent a cultural background of extraordinary importance for the future nutritionist.
