For student elective activities, we mean activities organized to ensure cultural and disciplinary expan-sion, optimizing individual preparation and training, and responding to each student's personal inclina-tions. These activities are an integral part of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program in that they are aimed at learning and deepening specific topics, consistent with the training pathway such as self-care of the elderly patient with chronic conditions and self-management of diseases at the home level. By definition, they are activities designed autonomously by students with the aim of personaliz-ing the curriculum. They may vary depending on the objectives of theoretical and/or practical deep-ening.
For activities carried out, where required, it is necessary for the student to request a certificate of participation.
