The purpose of Oral Surgery teaching is to provide the student with detailed knowledges about surgical therapy of congenital and acquired patologies of oral cavity, maxillary and sourrounding tissues. During oral surgery lessons it will be discussed asepsis and sterility principles, incisions, healing of the wounds and suturing in the oral cavity and all the local and systemic factors that can influence them. It will be explained to the student all the different kind of surgeries that can be performed including exodontic techniques and Osseo integrated implantology.
