Curriculum
He has a Degree in Philosophy and a PhD in Bioethics.
Currently, he is Associate Professor in Legal Medicine at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Contracted Professor in History of Medicine at the Saint Camillus International University of Health and Medical Sciences (UniCamillus)
He is coordinator of the Editorial Staff of the Journal “Medicina e Morale. Rivista Internazionale di Bioetica” and chair of the Health Technology Assessment Internationa (HTAi) Interest Group for Ethical Issues in HTA
His main research interests are: Bioethics, History of Medicine, Medical Anthropology, Medical Deontology, and Health Technology Assessment (HTA).
He collaborated in several national as well as European research projects along the last ten years.
He is author of a large number of scientific articles and of two monographs.
